The Ascent is an action-shooter RPG, playable entirely in single-player or co-op and set in a breathtaking cyberpunk world.

Welcome to The Ascent Arcology, a megalopolis run by corporations and populated by creatures from all over the galaxy. You play as a simple worker, enslaved by the multinational that controls everything and everyone in your district.

One day, you are suddenly caught in a whirlwind of catastrophic events: The Ascent group collapses for an unknown reason, threatening the survival of your district. You must take up arms, and embark on a new mission to discover what really happened.

Explore the world of Veles, alone or with up to three friends, to discover what happened. Your journey through the arcology will lead you on the path of formidable enemies and unexpected alliances. Fully customize your character's appearance, skills, and abilities to suit your playstyle, and collect various weapons and equipment as you grow stronger.
