How do I create my customer account?
Simply click the my account icon at the top right of your screen and follow the instructions.
I was a customer before, why can I no longer access my account?
To access it, create a new account with the email used on the old store and you will find your customer history as well as your loyalty points (click on the gift icon at the bottom left of your screen, once connected) .
Will I get my loyalty points back?
Your points were transferred during the migration. You can find them by clicking on the gift icon located at the bottom right of each page by logging in with your account credentials.

Why does my relay point not appear on my order confirmation?
Your relay point has been taken into account but cannot appear on your order confirmation. The mention Colissimo delivery to the post office, in Pickup relay & Pickup Station lockers appears clearly in the mode
delivery for your order.
How to access and add products to the Wishlist?
You have access to your wishlist via your customer account. On each product page you will find an “Add to your favorites” button allowing you to add the product to your wish list. You can delete it directly or manage your favorite products in your customer account. Unfortunately, your old Wishlist was not recovered because it is a new application.
I am unable to validate my order. A 'Request Forbidden' page opens (Firefox).
When you place an order in Firefox, you are redirected to a page called "Request Forbidden"? Don't worry, it's a problem in your browser's cache. You will therefore need to either clear the cache by following the steps below, change browser or switch to private browsing.
- Click on the 3 bars at the top right of your browser, then on “Settings”
- Select from the side menu: “Privacy and security” and “Clear data…”
- Select only “Cached web content” and click “Clear”
- Now reload the site page (via the browser refresh button or by clicking on the keyboard on F5 or on ctrl + shift + R)
Why haven't I received my birthday points?
If you are a customer of ours and if you have entered your birthday date in our loyalty section you will receive a bonus of 20 points on your birthday. This offer is valid once a year provided that the Beneficiary must have been registered with the loyalty program for more than 30 days before their birthday.
