Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo are set to emerge from the sewers in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection! In collaboration with Nickelodeon, thirteen games from KONAMI’s archives of retro 8-bit, 16-bit and arcade Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) titles and their Japanese versions* will be released on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

This incredible collection of thirteen classics gives Shredder, the Foot Clan, Bebop and Rocksteady a new look at how KONAMI's adaptation of the carapace heroes set the standard for beat 'em up and action games.

KONAMI has partnered with development studio Digital Eclipse to expertly adapt these classics for modern gaming systems, incorporating a host of convenience features such as instant save, rewind and control replay. Online play is also being added for select titles**, complementing local multiplayer for designated games. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection will also include a digital guide for each title to help players battle and navigate challenging levels.

The games in the collection are based on characters and themes from the 1980s cartoon and comic book series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which typically take place in a fictionalized version of New York City, around sewers, within futuristic enemy bases and even through time! In collaboration with Nickelodeon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection will also bring together visuals from the cartoon, original comics and other TMNT content in a Museum connecting the franchise’s various mediums. Never-before-seen artwork, sketches and game design documents will also be included.
