Ghostwire: Tokyo (Original Soundtrack) Vinyl - 2LP

Tango wanted to reflect the juxtaposition of modernity and history of Tokyo, where neon skyscrapers and historic temples coexist. Composer Masatoshi Yanagi's goal was to express this unique playing universe using the three wind instruments of Gagaku (ancient Japanese court music): shō, hichiriki and ryuteki (dragon flute). He also explored traditional instruments like the shakuhachi (bamboo flute) and chappa (cymbals), as well as traditional musical scales. These elements mix with dark, modern synthetic sounds and distorted waveforms.

The singer EvE performs the disturbing children's songs which punctuate several of the sides of the record, giving the whole score a childish character.

This double LP box set features 26 specially mastered tracks, carefully selected by Tango Gameworks and pressed on thick, clear LPs. The deluxe double gatefold cover features some of the folkloric and spooky J-horror artwork created by the game's design team.
