42 tracks specially mastered for vinyl will be pressed on heavyweight LPs with red and black splatter effects. They are presented in a deluxe gatefold sleeve featuring an illustration by illustrator Carles Dalmau.

Cult of the Lamb composer and audio director River Boy (Narayana Johnson) faced the challenge of reflecting the game's two sides: the safety of the cult's base, where marimbas, mallets, and other "small" sonic instruments are integrated into laid-back lo-fi electronica tracks; and the dungeons, where heavily processed vocals and grinding synth elements layer over dense beats and distorted bass to create a darker, occult energy.
