THE ROOM is quite different from previous games in the series, both in terms of narrative structure and gameplay. It follows a brand new protagonist who wakes up in a hellscape where Rear Window encounters Room 1408. How did he get there? Where does this hole in the bathroom lead? What do these mysterious numbers mean? Cults, ghosts and, of course, the eponymous city await our hero, but can he survive and save his neighbor from certain death?

The inventive subversion of the structure is supported by an incredible and always dynamic soundtrack by Akira Yamaoka: Hysterical rock songs, trip-hop and ambient sounds that bring the world of THE ROOM to life, and... to life after death.
