The album will bring together 21 compositions by SHUNSUKE KIDA for the game, superbly highlighted by artwork created by legendary illustrator Ken Taylor. In his quest for power, the 12th king of Boletaria, King Allant, appropriated the ancient arts of the soul, awakening a demon as old as the world, the Ancient One. A thick mist and nightmarish creatures thirsting for human souls invaded the region following the awakening of the Ancient One. Those whose souls had been stolen by the creatures became insane. Their only desire now was to attack the few survivors who were still sane. Boletaria is now cut off from the outside world. The knights who dare to venture into this thick fog in the hope of freeing the country from this ordeal never emerge. A solitary warrior braving the baleful mist, you must face the most insurmountable trials to earn the title of Bane of Demons and plunge the Ancient One back into its eternal sleep.
