Red is a graffiti artist who has lost his mind and must use a cybernetic prosthesis. In search of his roots, he joins the Bomb Rush crew, made up of Tryce and Bel.
Together, they decide to go to All City to become the greatest taggers in the entire city. The more their territory expands, the more they learn about what happened to Red, and to what extent his human side is linked to the world of graffiti.
